Tired of the same old tuna salad? Try this Curried Tuna Salad for a welcome diversion! Bright, with a hint of curry, you can use this in a wrap, as a sandwich, on top a bed of salad greens or as a topper for some crackers for a quick snack or appetizer! Its flavor is tantalizing!
The Mix:
Drain and flake the albacore tuna; set aside. Whisk the remaining ingredients, except for celery, in a separate bowl. The dried parsley and dill were herbs harvested from my gardens, then dried. Their color remains vibrant and their taste is fresh!
Add in the Tuna:
Add the flaked tuna into the mixture.
Need a little crunch?
I need a little crunch! Let’s stir in some diced celery! At this point, cover and chill to allow flavors to meld.
Serving Options:
My first option was on a bed of salad greens.
Another possibility is to make yourself a sandwich on some lightly toasted whole grain bread! Why stop here? Curried Tuna Salad would be awesome as a wrap or even as a quick snack on crackers. Pick your favorite and enjoy it!
