Pour spice blend over chicken, seal bag. Shake then massage rub into chicken.
Refrigerate approximately 4 hours, massaging and flipping bag once an hour.
If this is being cooked inside, I prefer places the pieces to be placed onto quick release foil and bake at 350 until a temperature of 180 degrees is reached.
If weather permits, cook on your grill(my preferred method), flipping after 10 minutes. Remove once temperature reaches 180 degrees.
