Grilled BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  • 1 T. thyme
  • 1 T. oregano
  • 1 T. cumin
  • 1 T. Smoked Paprika
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • ½ t. salt
  • ½ t. black pepper
  • 8-10 boneless chicken thighs
Instructions
  1. Whisk ingredients together.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large Ziploc bag.
  3. Pour spice blend over chicken, seal bag. Shake then massage rub into chicken.
  4. Refrigerate approximately 4 hours, massaging and flipping bag once an hour.
  5. If this is being cooked inside, I prefer places the pieces to be placed onto quick release foil and bake at 350 until a temperature of 180 degrees is reached.
  6. If weather permits, cook on your grill(my preferred method), flipping after 10 minutes. Remove once temperature reaches 180 degrees.
