No-Churn S'mores Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 2 c.to continue heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ c. cocoa
  • 1-14 oz, can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 1 sleeved package from box of graham crackers
  • 1 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 c. mini-marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Whip cream and cocoa until peaks form and cocoa is well blended.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and continue to blend in, scraping sides down halfway through the process.
  3. On a foil-lined pan crush graham crackers. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips and top with mini-marshmallows.
  4. Place in (toaster(oven just until marshmallows begin to look toasty brown. Remove and let it cool briefly.
  5. Line a square pan with foil. Crumble half of s'more mixture on the bottom ofthe pan.
  6. Layer half of the ice cream mixture on top with the last half of the s'more mixture,
  7. Top with the remainder of the ice cream. Cover with plastic wrap and insert into the freezer.
  8. In about and hour, take ice cream out and stir mixture gently to combline s'mores throughout.
  9. Place back into freezer to continue to further solidify.
