No-Churn S'mores Ice Cream

- 2 c.to continue heavy whipping cream
- ¼ c. cocoa
- 1-14 oz, can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1 sleeved package from box of graham crackers
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. mini-marshmallows
- Whip cream and cocoa until peaks form and cocoa is well blended.
- Add sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and continue to blend in, scraping sides down halfway through the process.
- On a foil-lined pan crush graham crackers. Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips and top with mini-marshmallows.
- Place in (toaster(oven just until marshmallows begin to look toasty brown. Remove and let it cool briefly.
- Line a square pan with foil. Crumble half of s'more mixture on the bottom ofthe pan.
- Layer half of the ice cream mixture on top with the last half of the s'more mixture,
- Top with the remainder of the ice cream. Cover with plastic wrap and insert into the freezer.
- In about and hour, take ice cream out and stir mixture gently to combline s'mores throughout.
- Place back into freezer to continue to further solidify.
