Brownies and Cream No-Churn Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1-14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 T. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. crumbled brownies
Instructions
  1. Beat cream until stiff.
  2. Add in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined on low speed.
  3. Stir in crumbled brownies with a wooden spoon until evenly distributed in mix.
  4. Line an 8" x 8" square pan with platic wrap and allow enough overhang on the sides to cover ice cream.
  5. Fill pan with ice cream and gently spread it out. Cover with plastic wrap overhang and place in freezer for a few hours.
