Hot and Spicy Chesapeake Crab Jalapeno Poppers were developed from a combination of making too much crab dip for just us and buying a bulk quantity of jalapenos at my favorite produce market, How Sweet It Is . The crab was bought there also. I took the recipe for Hot and Spicy Chesapeake Crab Dip found on my blog and placed it into halved and seeded jalapenos. I baked them for about 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven until slightly browned. So, go to the post and make this amazing dip and save some to fill and bake. This will provide an additional appetizer for your celebratory evening!
