I like to “Old Bay” everything ! The more, the better! This traditional Maryland spice blend spice brings summer on any time of year. It’s summer so I’m in an Old Bay frame of mind. These fries are incredibly easy and will not disappoint you. I had bought a 4 pack of huge russet potatoes thinking that I would make some twice-baked potatoes as a side for an upcoming meal. However, I was absorbed on Pinterest and noticed an oven fry recipe for potatoes. Hmmm……
I sliced each potato into 8 wedges and tossed them in an Old Bay and olive oil mixture.
I placed them on parchment paper and sprinkled them with more Old Bay… Never enough….
Bake. Flip. Sprinkle. Bake again. Voilà! Enjoy!
