Blueberry Pie Filling
Make this ahead of time using fresh blueberries and let it chill until you are ready to bake your fabulous pie!

Ingredients

fresh blueberries
3/4
c
sugar

Minute Tapioca, finely ground
1/2
t
cinnamon
1/2
t
cardamom
1/2
t
nutmeg
lemon zest from 1 lemon

fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a slow boil.
Continue to stir for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
Allow to cool off a bit before placing in unbaked pie shell.
