Creamy French Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 t smoked paprika(preferred)
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/3 c finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 t minced garlic
  • 1/2 t Kosher salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1/4 c canola oil

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the oils in a small food processor or similar device.
  • Add in 1/4 cup of the olive oil, then blend.
  • Add the canola oil, then blend.
  • Finally, blend in the remaining olive oil and continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Keep unused portion refrigerated for up to a week.

Notes

*Regular paprika may be used, but the smoked paprika gives it an amazing flavor.
*This could easily be halved.
