Microwave peanut butter and butter for 1 minute. Whisk until melted butter is incorporated. Then whisk in vanilla.
Blend in the confectioners sugar until smooth.
Fold in the Rice Krispies.
Using a medium cookie scoop, shape into egg shapes, or just roll into balls. Chill your desired shapes for 15 minutes.
Melt milk chocolate chips or melting chips in a bowl set over simmering water. Stir until no morsels are visible.
Dip shapes into chocolate to coat all sides. Drip off excess chocolate and smooth off bottom by gliding it across the rim of the bowl. Place on wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle with decorative candies while chocolate is soft. Allow them to harden at room temperature.
Store in a sealed container and leave on the counter or place in the refrigerator.
