If meat is wrapped, cut off string and cut it into 4 sections.
Mix rub ingredients and sprinkle/rub on all sides.
Set Instant Pot settings to SAUTE. Once preheated, saute meat in olive oil for about 8-10 minutes until browned on all sides.
Add chicken broth, then place the lid on and lock in place. Set PRESSURE COOK to HIGH. Set timer for 1 hour. Allow for a NATURAL RELEASE when cycle is completed. While this is working its magic, it would be a good time to prepare the sauce.
