In a saucepan, bring 1" of water to a boil on HIGH. Add the steamer basket and place in the 6 eggs..
Cover and reduce heat to medium. Set timer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs until they are comfortable to handle.
Roll eggs gently on the counter surface to crack center of shells. Peel and rinse off.
Slice eggs in half and remove cooked egg yolks. Crumble them with a fork and place in a small bowl.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend well.
In a sandwich size ziploc bag, place the filling mixture. Clip off a small corner of the bag and squeeze filling equally into the cooked eggs.
Sprinkle with Smoky Paprika, if desired.
Cover and chill.
