Cajun Seasoning

Chances are you have everything in your spice cupboard to make your own blend ! This Louisiana blend of spices is perfect for Jambalaya during Mardi Gras or just to spice up any poultry or seafood dish! Be creative!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 t Kosher salt
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 T Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 t dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Grind all ingredients together using a food processor or similar device.
  • Store in a small sealed container in a cool place until ready to use.
