Combine all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk.
Rinse and pat dry filets. Lightly brush some olive oil on each filet, top and bottom. Lightly salt and pepper both sides. Place filets in a Ziploc bag and pour half of mixture over them. Seal bag and allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Preheat grill on HIGH for about 10 minutes.
Place filets on grill mat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, brush/pour the remaining marinade over the second side for the last 5 minutes of cooking Remove from the grill for serving.
If the weather is a factor and you have to cook indoors, you could bake them in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Baste a couple of times throughout that time period.
