Mexican White Dipping Sauce

This is a regional favorite usually served alongside the warm chips and fresh salsa at local Mexican restaurants as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 c Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 c light sour cream
  • 1/2 t pressed garlic cloves, about 1-2 cloves
  • 1/8 t garlic powder
  • 1/8 t red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 t Kosher salt
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • 1/4 t dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 t Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 1/2 t fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 T milk- I used 1%

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together well. Cover and chill for 24 hours for flavors to fully meld.
