Melt buttter in microwave.
Rub lemon zest into the granulated sugar.
Add both sugars to melted butter and whisk until combined.
Whisk in the 3 large eggs followed by the extracts and puree.
Whisk together the dry ingredients and blend in gradually.
Fold in the finely chopped and drained strawberries along with the white chocolate chips.
Pour into a 13" x 9" x 2" pan lined with parchment paper amd spread out evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for about 15 minutes onto a cooling rack; then slide out of pan slowly pulling on the parchment paper.
